Terms and Conditions

Xynex Digital is a digital services business based at 14 Hyacinth Road, Belhar 17, Cape Town, South Africa. We provide web design, AI receptionists, marketing automation, digital branding, web hosting and professional email.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Once-off services are paid in full upfront. Monthly services (AI Receptionist, Marketing Automation) and yearly services (Hosting, Email) are billed in advance for each period.

Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms payment. You'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll contact you within one business day to start onboarding.

• Provide accurate contact details and the content we need (logo, text, photos) on time.
• Make sure you own or have the right to use any material you send us.
• Delays in supplying content may delay delivery.

Once paid in full, you own the final website design and branding files we create for you. Third-party tools, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

We take great care with every service, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or downtime caused by third-party providers, beyond the amount you paid us for the affected service.

We only use your personal details to deliver your order and communicate with you. We don't sell your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
